The government's Bill C-49 claws back passenger rights:
- doubling the time you may be trapped in an aircraft on the tarmac ;
- relieving airlines from compensating you for flight disruptions due to ; and
- letting the airlines and their cronies decide what your rights should be when you travel.
Bill C-49 is now back in the House of Commons, after it was amended by the Senate. It is our last chance to stop the assault on our rights, and seek real protection from airline misconduct.
